Biography
PROF. ROSA MARIA T. FELICIANO is an Associate Professor of Broadcast of the University of the Philippines (UP) Broadcast Communication Department, College of Mass Communication in UP Diliman (corresponding author: gurosaup@gmail.com). She is the present Chair of the Broadcast Communication Department and the former Station Manager of DZUP from 1997 – 2010. Prof. Feliciano is also an active member of the KBP Standards Authority (KBP-SA) since 2001 and has been its Chair in 2002. At present, she is the KBP – SA Board Secretary since 2009.
