Biography

JIMMY BALUD FONG has a Ph.D. in Philippine Studies from the University of the Philippines. He is an associate professor at the Department of Communication, University of the Philippines Baguio. He was part-time commissioner for the northern cultural communities at the Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino. He is currently involved in NGO community development work.
