EVELYN O. KATIGBAK is Assistant Professor at the University of the Philippines, Department of Journalism, College of Mass Communication (CMC). She had worked for the print and broadcast media before she joined the academe. Her fields of expertise are on media monitoring, media ethics, press and politics and ASEAN/regional cooperation.
