Biography

Jean A. Saludadez, PhD is Professor at the UP Open University Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS), serving as affiliate faculty of the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies (FICS) and the Faculty of Education (FEd). She is also currently the Program Chair of the ASEAN Studies Graduate Program and the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration of the UP Open University.
