Biography

Raul Pertierra is a visiting professor at Ateneo De Manila University as well as Philippine Women’s University. Pertierra mainly teaches graduate courses in anthropology/sociology at the Ateneo and supervises ethnomusicology majors at Philippine Women’s University. He has published extensively in foreign as well as local journals on topics such as social theory, culture and politics.
