Biography

ULDERICO B. ALVIOLA, PhD (ub.alviola@vsu.edu.ph) is a seasoned development communicator and faculty member at Visayas State University in Baybay City, Leyte, Philippines. With extensive experience in research, public service, and academic writing, he specializes in environmental communication, science communication, and community engagement. He has served in various leadership roles within the university, including as Head of the VSU Information Office.
