Biography

Athena Charanne R. Presto (athena.presto@anu.edu.au; arpresto@up.edu.ph) is a PhD Candidate at the School of Sociology, Australian National University. She also teaches policy analysis and design as a Senior Lecturer at the College of Law, University of the Philippines.
