Biography

JONALOU S. LABOR, PhD is an associate professor at the UP College of Mass Communication. He is the Special Assistant to the Vice President for Public Affairs of the University of the Philippines. He is also the current director of the UP College of Mass Communication Office of Research and Publications. His research interests include communication and technology, mobile communication, LGBTQ+, and Filipino communication experience (corresponding author: jslabor@up.edu.ph).
