Biography

PAUL ALCOSEBA CASTILLO (pacastillo@ust.edu.ph) obtained his M.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Santo Tomas and is finishing his Ph.D. Literature degree. He is currently the Deputy Director of the UST Publishing House.
