Biography

ANISA DINIATI (anisadnt@telkomuniversity.ac.id) obtained her master’s degree in Communication and Media (cum laude) from Padjadjaran University in 2017 and now works as a lecturer and researcher at Telkom University, specializing in Digital Public Relations, Social Media Management, and Digital Communication. Anisa has contributed extensively to academic research and publications, focusing on how organizations use social media for public communication and strategic relationship building. Her work often explores the impact of digital media on public relations practice. She is also involved in various community service projects and has authored several articles and studies on related topics.
