Biography

LESLIE ANNE L. LIWANAG (leslie.liwanag@dlsu.edu.ph) is an Associate Professor in the School of Innovation and Sustainability of De La Salle University at Laguna. At 26, she earned her PhD in Philippine Studies at De La Salle University-Manila. Her teaching stint includes serving as a Full-Time Faculty Member at research-intensive universities such as Visayas State University, Central Luzon State University, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Her international engagements include Visiting Research Professorships at the Catholic University of America (2021 and 2023), Chinese University of Hong Kong (2024), and Princeton Theological Seminary’s Overseas Ministries Study Center (2024 to 2025).
